This is the skull of a long extinct whale (pronounced AG-OR-OFF-E-US, PIG-A-MAY-US)
So little is known about it that we don’t know how big it grew to be, the smallest it could have been or even its diet. There are fossils constantly being found of different species that do not have a name or a story. We know how they died by not how they lived.
During our lifetime we may remember lots of animals that have gone extinct however future generations will be left wondering what these animals were really like to experience in the wild. This is why conservation is so important to me.
