Jesse is an Environmental Scientist with a degree in Conservation Biology, a native food expert, and the owner/operator of LORE Australia. The story of LORE began over 30 years ago, while Jesse was on Country with his uncle, a Guringai elder. Learning the significance of the balance between Country, Community, and Spirit, emphasising how native foods are integral to traditional wellness customs and the importance of sharing knowledge within the broader community.
