Growing up next to Camden Haven River has shaped not only my identity but also the way I connect with the world around me. The Camden Haven River has been a playground, a sanctuary, and a canvas for my imagination. I have spent countless hours exploring its banks, skipping stones and fishing with family and friends
the river has shaped my character, instilling values of resilience, adaptability, and a deep respect for nature.

Artists Bio

My work is heavily influenced by coastal living and the Birpai Creation stories my grandmother would tell me. My art practice explores the connection that Birpai people have to the land, sea rivers and forest. I love to facilitate creative workshops and share my knowledge of cultural food gathering practices.
