Pause & Create is a gentle monthly art and wellbeing workshop (18+) combining Chair Tai Chi, guided gallery experiences, and hands-on creative making using reclaimed and recycled materials. Facilitated by Nanette Backhouse and Pamela Anthony, the sessions are designed to support relaxation, creativity and community connection in a welcoming small-group environment.
