Shipping & Returns



We do our best to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days from this date for postage within Australia. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post. A tracking number will be sent at the time of postage.

International postage times vary. International orders may be subject to customs taxes and charges at the destination country. Saltwater Freshwater Arts Alliance is not responsible for the payment of these charges. 

Standard domestic postage is $12. Express domestic postage is $18. Standard international postage is $60. Items that require extra packaging, fragile and heavy items may incur and additional charge. Will will contact you if this is the case.

Please take care to enter the correct delivery address as we will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses given or any parcels returned to us due to incorrect delivery instructions. 

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect allows you to order online and collect your order in person from The Gallery, 8 Park Avenue, Coffs Harbour, 2450. Simply select the Click & Collect option at checkout. 

Orders must be collected during our opening hours. 

There is no service charge for click & collect orders.

You will receive an email advising when your order is ready to collect. Please present the email confirmation upon collection. If your order is being collected by someone else on your behalf, please let us know in the order notes or email us.

Refunds & Returns

Our Refunds & Returns policy applies to all online and in store sales. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. 

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. 

If an item is faulty or wrongly described, we offer a refund or exchange. To request a refund or exchange, please email us within 30 days of purchase. Please provide your name, order number and the reason for your request. 

Where a refund or exchange has been approved you may return your purchase. Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned purchases. To return your purchase, please visit the gallery or return via postal or courier service. We require a tracking number for all return parcels. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of parcels sent without a tracking number. Please email tracking number us.
