Payments
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice and all items remain property of The Gallery until paid for in full.

Orders
We do our best to ensure that our product list is current and up to date, however we cannot guarantee that all products will be available at the time of purchase. 

When placing an order with us, we require your name, delivery address, email address, telephone contact and payment details. We take privacy and security very seriously and take due care to protect this information; however, in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware. 

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods have been dispatched. 

Product Descriptions
We do our best to ensure that product listings are as detailed and accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in tyre colour nor reflect the full design or options relating to that product. 

In using this website, you acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Gift Vouchers
The Gallery gift vouchers can be redeemed online or in store. They do not have to be redeemed in a single transaction. 

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or refundable. 

Gift Vouchers purchased online will be sent to the recipient via email. If you do not receive the Gift Voucher, please check your spam or junk folders. If the email has not been received, call or email Saltwater Freshwater 02 6658 1315.
