Kirra-Lee Fletcher is a proud Warrimay (Worimi) women who was raised on Warrimay Barray now living on the beautiful country of the Biripi peoples with her partner and son. She started painting at the age of 16 to follow in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother as local artists. Kirra-Lee's style is unique to the coastline and place where she has grown up, she use symbols that were passed down to her as well as having her own style of painting as she has become independent. Kirr-Lee loves painting stories as well as using her art to spread knowledge and awareness to others.
